Continues to need to be programmed I wanted to love this but about 30-days after we got it, we started having issues and of course past the window. It continues to need to be re-programmed over and over, at least once a day. You just run through prompts, overall annoying. Otherwise - It's GREAT!

Great product, terrible refurb! This is the third Logitech Harmony 650 remote that I've purchased. I absolutely love this product! However, it was sold by iTechDeals as "manufacturer refurbished." I've purchased many refurbished products in the past and have never had an issue, until now.

Unfortunately, this was the worst refurb I've ever seen. There was dust under the screen, scratches, and paint missing all over the remote. Even the symbol on the power button was worn off! This remote was obviously used heavily and I doubt it was ever inspected during the "refurbishing" process. If I was selling this remote, I couldn't, in good conscious, list the condition as anything better than "heavily used."
